My Health Records
The My Health Record system is designed to make your health information accessible in a safe and secure way. You have full control over who can view your record and what information is included.
If you prefer additional privacy, you can set an access code to limit which healthcare providers can access your record. You also have the option to delete documents or Medicare information, or apply access codes to specific documents to restrict visibility.

Recall & Reminder System
As our practice is committed to preventive care, we may send you occasional reminders about health services that are relevant to your care.
Test Results, Repeat Prescriptions and Referrals
To monitor your health and meet our ethical and legal responsibilities, you need to make an appointment with your doctor to receive all results, prescriptions, or referrals.
Please note that our receptionists are unable to provide results over the phone.
If your doctor is unavailable, another doctor within the practice will be happy to assist you with your request.

This practice protects your personal health information to ensure it is accessible only to authorised staff members for the intended purposes and in compliance with the Privacy Act.
